Construction Updates
Dear ATC Tenants,
Construction of the Atlanta BeltLine trail extension through Atlanta Tech Center begins today, July 20, 2026. Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. is developing the trail with Strack, Inc. as general contractor, and substantial completion is scheduled for November 2028.
Early activities along the trail corridor adjacent to Northside Drive include survey work, utility locates, erosion and sediment controls, and tree clearing. Work will generally take place weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with no scheduled weekend activity.
We do not anticipate any impact to tenant parking or building access during this initial phase. As construction progresses, isolated activities may briefly affect circulation or utilities on the property. Partners will provide written notice ahead of any tenant-impacting work, and we will coordinate life-safety-sensitive activities — such as fire-water line work at each building — directly with your operations teams in advance.
